Qu&rsquo;est-ce que la nanom\u00e9decine?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La nano-m\u00e9decine est, de fa\u00e7on simplifi\u00e9e, l&rsquo;application m\u00e9dicale des nanotechnologies. Il est bien \u00e9vident que la nanom\u00e9decine n&rsquo;en est qu&rsquo;\u00e0 ses d\u00e9buts, seuls quelques traitements bas\u00e9s sur celles-ci sont admis. Certains projets visionnaires pourront \u00e9ventuellement devenir r\u00e9alit\u00e9 dans dix ans tandis que d&rsquo;autres ne verront peut-\u00eatre jamais le jour. Il est par contre \u00e9vident que la nanom\u00e9decine va ouvrir de nombreux horizons int\u00e9ressants et \u00e0 applications multiples. En fait, la plupart des processus pathologiques de l&rsquo;organisme humain rel\u00e8vent du domaine \u00ab\u00a0nano\u00a0\u00bb. Les \u00e9l\u00e9ments constitutifs de la vie &#8211; les prot\u00e9ines, les enzymes, les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de l&rsquo;ADN ainsi que d&rsquo;autres mol\u00e9cules importantes- toutes sont de l&rsquo;ordre du nanom\u00e8tre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le probl\u00e8me r\u00e9side actuellement dans le fait que de nombreux instruments utilis\u00e9s en m\u00e9decine&nbsp; tels que scalpel, radioth\u00e9rapie ou cath\u00e9ter cardiaque ne parviennent pas \u00e0 atteindre le domaine du nano. Par contre, les principes actifs en sont capables mais leur action n&rsquo;\u00e9tant pas suffisamment cibl\u00e9e, le probl\u00e8me soulev\u00e9 ci-dessus se pose fr\u00e9quemment. De m\u00eame que le d\u00e9veloppement de microscopes de plus en plus performants utilis\u00e9s en m\u00e9decine a r\u00e9volutionn\u00e9 les 19\u00e8me et&nbsp; 20\u00e8me si\u00e8cle en offrant la possibilit\u00e9 par exemple d&rsquo;observer les bact\u00e9ries, les nouveaux instruments de la nanom\u00e9decine vont \u00e9galement faire avancer la m\u00e9decine du 21\u00e8me si\u00e8cle.
