Les cellules multiplient donc les brins d\u2019ARN viraux et produisent des prot\u00e9ines virales. D\u00e8s que tous les \u00e9l\u00e9ments du virus sont pr\u00eats, de nouvelles v\u00e9sicules virales bourgeonnent \u00e0 la surface de la cellule et se lib\u00e8rent de la cellule h\u00f4te avec l\u2019aide de la NA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des m\u00e9dicaments peuvent bloquer cette \u00e9tape. Si ceci n\u2019a pas lieu, une seule cellule rendue esclave par le virus peut lib\u00e9rer en quelques heures jusqu\u2019\u00e0 10 000 nouveaux virus pr\u00eats \u00e0 fonctionner. Ceux-ci s\u2019attaquent \u00e0 d\u2019autres cellules de l\u2019organisme et le patient souffre des sympt\u00f4mes grippaux bien connus: forte fi\u00e8vre, frissons, maux de t\u00eate.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 chaque fois que la personne infect\u00e9e tousse ou \u00e9ternue, elle r\u00e9pand des millions de nouveaux virus dans l\u2019air ambiant (gouttelettes), sur les claviers, les appareils t\u00e9l\u00e9phoniques, les poign\u00e9es de porte.
