Les domaines peuvent \u00eatre tr\u00e8s divers: marketing, espionnage, sport, m\u00e9decine. Et cela se fait d\u00e9j\u00e0 depuis relativement longtemps, car l\u2019IA est plus ancienne que ChatGPT. D\u00e8s qu\u2019on consulte un m\u00e9decin, qu\u2019on ach\u00e8te un m\u00e9dicament ou qu\u2019en entre \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00f4pital, on est tr\u00e8s certainement d\u00e8s aujourd\u2019hui, d\u2019une mani\u00e8re ou d\u2019une autre, en contact avec l\u2019IA:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Diagnostic:<\/strong> l\u2019IA (sous forme d\u2019apprentissage automatique) est utilis\u00e9e pour l\u2019analyse d\u2019images m\u00e9dicales, que ce soit les clich\u00e9s de la radiographie, du scanner ou de l\u2019IRM. L\u2019IA sert aussi \u00e0 analyser des \u00e9chantillons tissulaires pour d\u00e9tecter des maladies ou des anomalies (\u00e9carts \u00e0 la norme). Il est ainsi possible de reconna\u00eetre des tumeurs ou des fractures, ou encore de d\u00e9tecter des maladies rares. <br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pr\u00e9vention: <\/strong>l\u2019IA peut analyser les donn\u00e9es d\u2019un-e patient-e et aider ainsi \u00e0 \u00e9valuer les risques individuels pour la sant\u00e9, par exemple \u00e0 l\u2019aide de donn\u00e9es collect\u00e9es par le biais d\u2019une appli de sant\u00e9, d\u2019une montre connect\u00e9e ou de capteurs port\u00e9s sur le corps (dispositifs connect\u00e9s). L\u2019IA peut alors donner des conseils pour optimiser son mode de vie ou alerter pr\u00e9cocement la personne qu\u2019il faut qu\u2019elle consulte un m\u00e9decin. On peut donc l\u2019utiliser aussi pour la t\u00e9l\u00e9m\u00e9decine. <br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Chirurgie assist\u00e9e par robot:<\/strong> les chirurgien-ne-s se font d\u2019ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 aider par l\u2019IA pour op\u00e9rer de mani\u00e8re particuli\u00e8rement pr\u00e9cise en \u00e9pargnant les tissus avoisinants. L\u2019IA superpose les radiographies \u00ablive\u00bb des vaisseaux sanguins et des clich\u00e9s d\u2019IRM r\u00e9alis\u00e9s auparavant. Cela permet au\/\u00e0 la chirurgien-ne de mieux s\u2019orienter et d\u2019op\u00e9rer exactement au bon endroit. <br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gestion des patient-e-s et administration des donn\u00e9es: <\/strong>\u00e0 l\u2019h\u00f4pital, il y a beaucoup de choses \u00e0 organiser et \u00e0 consigner par \u00e9crit: le personnel, les lits, les m\u00e9dicaments, le calendrier des op\u00e9rations. Des outils d\u2019IA peuvent aider \u00e0 tout planifier au mieux et \u00e0 automatiser autant que possible. <br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>M\u00e9decine personnalis\u00e9e:<\/strong> \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 que l\u2019IA peut traiter de grandes quantit\u00e9s de donn\u00e9es, elle peut aussi faire progresser la m\u00e9decine personnalis\u00e9e: \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019informations g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques, de donn\u00e9es sur le mode de vie et de facteurs environnementaux, elle peut calculer le risque de maladies, d\u00e9terminer la meilleure strat\u00e9gie de traitement d\u2019un patient, voire proposer un traitement personnalis\u00e9 pour une patiente sp\u00e9cifique (cf. chapitre <a href=\"https:\/\/biotechlerncenter.interpharma.ch\/fr\/sujets\/medecine-personnalisee\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u00abM\u00e9decine personnalis\u00e9e\u00bb<\/a>) <br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>D\u00e9veloppement de m\u00e9dicaments: <\/strong>dans le d\u00e9veloppement de m\u00e9dicaments, l\u2019IA peut aider \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes phases du processus (cf. chapitre suivant). Actuellement, on recherche par exemple des mol\u00e9cules cibles pour des traitements et des substances actives pour de nouveaux m\u00e9dicaments.
