Prenons le cas suivant: un porteur du virus de la rougeole provenant de&nbsp; Suisse d\u00e9clenche une \u00e9pid\u00e9mie de rougeole dans un pays du tiers-monde, en Am\u00e9rique du Sud par exemple. Les offres sanitaires ne sont pas bien assur\u00e9es dans ce pays. Les patients atteints de rougeole n&rsquo;auront pas de traitement suffisant lors d&rsquo;une \u00e9volution grave. Et le plus souvent, il n&rsquo;y a pas de m\u00e9decin disponible. L&rsquo;apparition de cette maladie va provoquer la mort de plusieurs individus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les questions suivantes se posent:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Cette personne a-t-elle agi de fa\u00e7on irresponsable?<\/li><li>Ne serait-ce pas le devoir du gouvernement du pays concern\u00e9 de se soucier de vacciner le plus d&rsquo;individus possible?<\/li><li>Pourquoi osons-nous attendre que les individus de ce pays soient suffisamment vaccin\u00e9s alors que le taux de vaccination contre la rougeole est insuffisant en Suisse?
